Rhiannon in concert. Oven Productions is proud to present live in concert, the acclaimed solo teacher, songwriter, storyteller and jazz singer Rhiannon, accompanied by Nina Gerber, Saturday, March 27, 8:00 p.m. at Ford Auditorium in Allen Memorial Library, 11000 Euclid Ave. Rhiannon is also a founding member of Voicestra with Bobby McFerrin. Her newest album Towards Home follows a very personal, moving account of a life of roots, of memories woven musically into a cloak that settles across your shoulders, warming you with it's intimacy. But it's that incredible voice that continues to resonate inside, long after the note has faded, that's most striking. Tickets for Rhiannon are now on sale at Gifts of Athena, 2199 Lee Rd. and the Bookstore on West 25th. Tickets are $13.00 in advance, $15.00 day of the show.

Opening for Rhiannon will be Adenkum, Linda Thomas Jones and Marcia Houston. For more information call: 961-4449 or 321-7799.
